Due to a water main break on the City of Hooks water system, and that we purchase our water from the City, we advise our customers to boil their water for drinking, cooking, and ice making to ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes.
The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil for two minutes. When it is no longer necessary to boil your water, the water systems officials of the City of Hooks will notify Burns-Redbank WSC.
